Tom O’Hara - Investment Director


Tom O’Hara, Investment Director bei GAM, ist gemeinsam mit Jamie Ross und David Barker für das Management europäischer Aktienfonds verantwortlich.

Bevor er im Mai 2025 zu GAM Investments kam, verwaltete er sieben Jahre lang europäische Aktienfonds bei Janus Henderson Investors. Zuvor war er acht Jahre lang als Sell-Side-Equity-Research-Analyst für den Metall- und Bergbausektor tätig. Seine berufliche Laufbahn begann er in der Finanzabteilung von Northern Rock plc.

Er erwarb seinen BA-Abschluss (Hons) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Newcastle University. Seine Leidenschaft gilt der Rolle aufstrebender Technologien bei der Gestaltung aktiver Investitionen. Er war ein Frühinvestor bei Quartr, einer schwedischen Fintech-Plattform, für die er weiterhin als nicht geschäftsführender Berater tätig ist. Er ist in London ansässig.
